OFCCP Notice on the Use of the 2010 Census Data

On November 29, 2012 the U.S. Census Bureau released the 2010 EEO Special File  to the public.  The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will begin requiring use of the 2010 Census data for all AAPs beginning on or after January, 1, 2014.  However  contractors have the option to begin using the data immediately.
