Companies that do business with the Federal Government are required to follow guidelines related to affirmative action and equal employment as defined by the Department of Labor.  The Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is responsible for ensuring that employers doing business with the Federal government comply with the laws and regulations requiring nondiscrimination in the workplace.

This program will provide you with a basic understanding of the OFCCP audit process and what companies can expect during the different stages of an audit.  You will learn strategies to develop practices to help you establish systems to maximize your preparedness for each stage of the audit.  You will also hear about new developments at the OFCCP and recent cases that can impact business practices of Federal contractors.   This program is for people working for companies with a Federal contract or thinking of entering into a Federal contract, or if you are just interested in learning more about the OFCCP guidelines and audit process.
